Cancelling an order

You can request a cancellation before your order is shipped by contacting us via support.diwalight@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for cancelled orders

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

Cancellations by Diwalight

We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if the delivery address is not serviceable, or if we cannot verify the order. If this happens, you will be informed and any amount paid will be refunded in full.
